Rooted in the Koa Tree.
Built for modern talent.

In ancient Hawaiian culture, the Koa Tree was the foundation for crafting everything essential: canoes, tools, shelter. It became synonymous with the warriors, or "Koa," who depended on its strength. I named this practice after that tree because I believe great recruiting operations should work the same way. As the foundational infrastructure that everything else is built on. Strong, resilient, and purpose-built for the demands ahead.

I'm an independent consultant based in Los Angeles, building recruiting operations for the AI era. I work closely with a small number of clients at a time, using modern AI tools to move faster, surface better talent, and solve the operational problems most consultants gloss over. I don't leave until the work is done right.
